Good questions

FAQ

What sizes do the oils come in?
Olive oil in 1 L glass, avocado oil in 750 mL glass, high-oleic sunflower in 2 L PET. All screw-cap.
What's the smoke point of each oil?
Extra virgin olive and refined avocado, 420°F (216°C). High-oleic sunflower, 450°F (232°C). Numbers come off the printed label.
Where are they grown?
Olives and avocados from organically certified groves in Spain, Italy, and Morocco. High-oleic sunflower seed from Ukraine. The country list is printed on every bottle.
What does "high oleic" mean for the sunflower oil?
The seed variety is bred to produce oil that's mostly monounsaturated fat — close to olive oil's fat profile. That gives it a longer shelf life and better heat tolerance than commodity sunflower oil, with no hydrogenation.
Refined vs. extra virgin — which do I want?
Extra virgin (our olive oil) is cold-pressed and keeps its flavor and color — best for finishing, dressing, and lower-heat cooking. Refined (our avocado oil) is filtered for a neutral profile and a higher smoke point — best for searing, frying, and baking when you don't want the oil to taste like anything.
Are they certified organic?
Yes. All three are USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified.
How long do they keep?
24 months from the date stamped on the bottle, unopened, stored cool (55–85°F) and out of direct sun. Cap tight between uses.
Do you sell wholesale, foodservice, or private label?
Yes — independent grocers, specialty retailers, restaurants, bakeries, and private-label programs. Email wholesale@bto.my with case-pack, lead time, and ship-to and we'll send a line sheet and current pricing.
