Sauté & fry
A high-oleic profile keeps the oil stable through long, hot service.
Pressed from organically grown high-oleic sunflower seeds in Ukraine. Neutral, stable, USDA Organic — built for daily use across sauté, fry, bake, and emulsions.
What's inside
"High oleic" means the seed variety is bred to produce oil that's mostly monounsaturated fat — close to olive oil's profile, without the olive flavor. That gives a longer shelf life and better heat tolerance than commodity sunflower oil, with no hydrogenation.
